Investment Policy | The fund’s investment policy is to invest and hold foreign funds such as CIS units and/or ETF units and/or property funds and/or real estate investment trusts and/or infrastructure funds (target funds), amounting to at least 2 or more funds. Average holdings during the financial year will be at least 80% of NAV. The target funds may be invested in equities, fixed income, hybrid securities, alternative investments, and/or other securities or assets permitted by law or permitted by the SEC. Investment weighting in each fund is up to the discretion of the fund managers who may adjust weightings as appropriate to the prevailing economic climate, financial markets, market sentiment and forecasts. Investment in any single fund will not exceed an average of 79% of NAV during the financial year; weighting is subjected to the fund managers’ discretion. The fund invests abroad and net exposure to foreign country risk will average at least 80% of NAV or more during the financial year, or at levels prescribed by the SEC. Furthermore, the fund may invest in other funds, property funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and infrastructure funds under KTAM’s management, amounting to an average of no more than 20% of NAV during the financial year. The fund may consider investing in derivatives to hedge against risks or for Efficient Portfolio Management purposes, in accordance with the guidelines of the SEC or SEC Office notifications. |

Trading Hours | Purchase: during 23-27 August 2021 Redemption: Auto-Redemption KTAM will proceed to auto-redeem the units to unitholders when any of the following trigger conditions occur, as deemed appropriate: (1) NAV is sustained at no less than 10.7222 Baht for 2 consecutive business days or more and fund assets to facilitate an auto-redemption are all in cash or near cash, or NAV is no less than 10.7222 Baht and assets on a business day are all in cash or near cash.
When either of the above conditions (1) or (2) occurs, KTAM will consider whether to arrange an auto-redemption of the entire fund within 5 business days thereafter. Note that the NAV of the fund redeemed to unitholders must not be below 107% of the par value (10 Baht).(2) A business day whereby fund assets are partly or entirely in cash or near cash, allowing a redemption to be arranged at a rate no less than what is set by KTAM. Redemption by unitholder During the 7-month period after the fund’s registration date, if the fund’s NAV does not appreciate sufficiently to result in dissolution of the fund scheme, KTAM will arrange to allow unitholders to redeem the fund units on the first business day onwards, upon completion of the 7-month period post-registration date. On any day whereby the trigger conditions are met, KTAM reserves the rights to proceed to dissolve the fund scheme. To redeem, unitholders may submit redemption orders to KTAM or a selling agent (if any) on any trading day, from office opening – 15.30 hrs.
