As a Strategy, Financial Planning, and Data Protection Analyst. This multifaceted role is crucial in supporting the COO/DPO. It drives the organization's strategic and financial planning while ensuring adherence to data protection laws and policies, with a particular focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems, such as Forcepoint. This position demands a unique blend of strategic thinking, financial acumen, information systems expertise, a deep understanding of data privacy regulations, and knowledge of DLP systems. The ideal candidate will excel in financial analysis, strategic planning, and data protection, facilitating informed decision-making and compliance throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic and Financial Planning: Assist in formulating and executing the organization's strategic and financial plans, including budgeting processes. Develop and cascade Corporate KPIs in line with company policies, and review and summarize departmental KPI scores to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing month-end reports and materials for the corporate finance team and the audit committee, ensuring timely and accurate financial documentation and reporting.
Project Coordination: Contribute to and coordinate various projects, ensuring collaboration between departments, IT, and external consultants to achieve project goals.
Data Protection Team: Act as a point of contact for data protection within the organization, ensuring compliance with the PDPA and other relevant data protection laws.
Operational Efficiency and Compliance Integration: Analyze and improve operational processes, integrating data protection requirements to ensure data privacy considerations are embedded in the organization's strategic projects and financial planning activities.
Conducting Thorough Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root causes of problems by examining all relevant factors, utilizing analytical tools, and collaborating with relevant departments.
Developing Solutions: Develop and propose solutions based on investigation findings, ensuring these solutions are practical, sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals.
DLP Monitoring: Regularly monitor the effectiveness of DLP rules and policies, particularly with Forcepoint systems, to detect any deviations or inefficiencies. Conduct periodic audits to ensure DLP measures are up-to-date and effective against new threats, changes in business processes, or evolving compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineer, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields.
ERP System Knowledge: with the ability to navigate and leverage the system to support business operations and financial management.
Technical Skills: Comfortable working with IT systems and software, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve business processes and data management (experience with DLP systems, especially knowing Forcepoint, is a plus).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Procurement
- Maintain, establish if require and followed company purchasing policies (state enterprise procurement policy), procedures and best practices

Job Description
- Become the go-to person for a C-suite of several senior executives while being the personal gatekeeper to the COO/CFO.
- Administration: Phone management and handing daily business operation, ability to write all business correspondences, i.e. emails and letters, speech messages, presentation materials, and meeting minutes.
- Calendar: Organize details of internal and external meetings, special events, conference calls, and conferences. This includes reserving rooms; placing catering orders; creating-related agendas; creating and printing, mailing, or emailing presentation materials associated with meetings.
- Travel & Expense: arranging both international and domestic travel including securing appropriate visas, submitting and reconciling all expenses and managing all car services and lodging
- Ability to do the report, update presentation materials and excel spreadsheets
- Ad-hoc projects and requests will form a large part of the responsibilities associated with this role. A willingness to be flexible and juggle multiple deadlines simultaneously is key
