Guidelines on the Prevention of Conflict of Interests

1. Guidelines on receiving gifts and gratuities on festive occasions

“The company prohibits employees from receiving gifts or any gratuities that are worth more than 3,000 baht. The employee, who is given a gift or any gratuity received worth more than 1,000 baht shall forward such item to the Office of the CEO for subsequent distribution among company staff.”

2. Policy on Disclosure of Proprietary Investments

“Krung Thai Asset Management may invest in other securities or assets for proprietary investments similar to investments for funds under management, as permitted by regulations. Unitholders, clients or prospective investors may obtain detailed information about such proprietary investments from Krung Thai Asset Management and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or by contacting the selling agent.”
